Customer Loyalty Program





1.       When a customer signs up, the customer will be assigned to New Customer.

2.       Every time customer places an order with us, customer level will be upgraded to next level.

3.       Customer level is upgraded when the order is shipped out and the order status becomes “complete”.

          Please note that customer level does not change immediately when the order is placed.

4.       Regardless how many times customer place orders, once the lifetime order total amount reaches $2000, the customer level will be upgraded to Loyal Customer.

5.       VIP is for customers whose lifetime order total amount reaches $5000. 

6.       What is "No Selling-Return"?  No selling return is that customers can return the products to us within 30 days if they don't sell.
