Return & Exchange Policy
Receive a defective item or wrong item
For all customers
1. Request return within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Any Claims after the 10 days periods will not be accepted.
2. Please describe the defective part in return request and it is better to attach an image.
3. After review, we will approve your request and send you a return shipping label.
4. Print out RMA Packing Slip and Shipping Label.
5. Ship out the package and confirm shipping.
6. After we get the return package, we will issue a refund or send exchange order.
No Selling- Return
Only for Customer Level 5, 6,7, Loyal Customer, VIP Customer, VVIP Customer
No Selling- Return: If the products you bought from us don’t sell, you can return them to us within 30 days.
1. Eligibility: Orders placed after Feb.16.2018 can be authorized for No Selling-Return.
2. Requirement: All products should have original packing, tags, unused and in resaleable condition.
3. Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. Refund: Refund is issued as store credit to your reward point account.
5. You can check your customer level in My Account page after you log in.
